Stories of a sixty-year-long common thread.
On the occasion of the 2025 Science Festival, the Renzo Piano Foundation is delighted to host a guided tour of its headquarters at “Villa Nave” and the Archivio Vivo — a unique space that preserves materials and documents tracing more than sixty years of design activity. This heritage encompasses not only completed works but also the creative processes and challenges shared by the architect and his collaborators. It is a narrative of knots, threads, and connections — weaving together stories, ideas, and visions that reveal the depth and vitality of a body of work still profoundly engaged with the present.
The visit will be followed by the conference “The Image of the Construction Site: Architecture on Television”, featuring Professor Roberto Dulio and researcher Michela Pilotti, exploring the dialogue between architecture and television.
