The Renzo Piano World Tour in 40 days - 2023

In 2023, the Renzo Piano Foundation confirms the call for the Renzo Piano World Tour Award.

Also this year the project is sponsored by the Fundación Botín, Selvaag Gruppen, and Vitra with the Renzo Piano Foundation.

The universities involved in the selection of the winners according to the official call promoted by the sponsoring bodies are:

LA SAPIENZA, Faculty of Architecture, Rome, Italy

ENSAPM, École nationale supérieure d'architecture Paris-Malaquais, France

ETSAM, Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid, Spain

AHO, Oslo School of Architecture and Design, Norway

 

The winners were selected on March by  a commission in each university.

ITINERARY AND PROGRAM

On June 19, the four winners will meet in Paris, to start their adventure. The first stop will be the studio of the Renzo Piano Building Workshop where they will meet partners and associates of Renzo Piano to learn about the working method and the projects in progress. The journey will then take them around Europe and the United States, to discover contemporary and past architecture in over 20 cities.

The trip will end in Genoa on July 28, meeting Renzo Piano at the headquarters of the Foundation and also visiting the RPBW studio in Genoa
