Workshop in the construction site

To extend the training opportunities for architectural students, the Foundation decided to offer new ways for them to gain work experience by organizing workshops on RPBW construction sites.
The first experience came in 2012 on the site of the Auditorium in L’Aquila. The agreement with the building contractor contained a clause that would enable a group of students to be present on the construction site.
Then 22 young people were selected from universities in Trento (as the province of Trento was funding the building) and L’Aquila.
To organize these workshops it was then decided to propose a collaboration with the universities and so to involve those with which the foundation has agreements for selecting students to involve in its workshops.
It was organized this workshop in the construction sites:
- October 2012/October 2013: the building site of the Fondation Pathé in Avenue de Gobelins in Paris, organized for 15 students of the École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture Paris- Malaquais (ENSAPM);
- September 2013/December 2013: the Columbia University building site in Manhattan, organized for 12 students of the Columbia School of Architecture;
- Autumn 2014: the building site of the “Citadelle d’Amiens” with 16 students of the École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture Paris - Malaquais (ENSAPM)
